With over 35 year of industry-leading experience, he continues to oversee construction projects and the day-to-day operation of Mastercraft — ensuring that you receive the best customer experience anywhere.
Since 1985, President Lana Davies and her husband Keith have built Mastercraft Pool & Spa from the ground up. Wearing many hats in the day-to-day operation of the business, her talent, support, and sacrifice have helped build Mastercraft into the premier pool and spa builder of the interior northwest. Lana’s industry-leading experience allows her to do an exceptional job with our customer care team, employees and customers — establishing Mastercraft as a company you can trust for all of your residential and commercial pool and spa needs.
Construction & Retail Operations Manager Chad Davies continues the family tradition of pool and spa excellence. With seven years of experience, Chad holds certifications that will make your pool and spa project outstanding. Chad loves traveling the globe, scoping out the latest pool build and operation trends, spending time with family, and awaiting the arrival of his new baby girl. A Certified Pool Operator and Start-Up Certified National Plaster Council Technician, Chad is a knowledge-leader for all things pool and spa related.
Service & Operations Manager Skylar Davies has 10 years of experience in the residential and commercial pool and spa industry. A Certified Pool Operator Instructor, Skylar’s knowledge of the industry and degree in business from Idaho State University make him an incredible asset for all your service needs. While off the clock, Skylar likes camping with his family, spending time with his son and daughter, and hanging out with his two pups.
Project Manager Jaxon Davies has been involved in Mastercraft’s family business his entire life. Specializing in fiberglass construction, Jaxon is a master at building exquisite recreational spaces for both residential and commercial owners. Skilled on any dirt-moving equipment, Jaxon is an on-staff asset to your pool and spa project. He also believes in working hard and playing hard. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him engaged in activities from the rodeo, snowmobiling, skiing, and behind-the-boat surfing. A true outdoorsman, Jaxon is an incredible master in building the best recreational spaces available.
Project Manager Willie Sedberry is Mastercraft’s in-house specialist on national and international pools. His 16 years of experience have led to construction projects in amazing locations such as Florida, Boston, Boise, and the Caribbean. A true master in all types of plaster such as marcite, quartz, pebble and colored plaster, Willie’s artistry and experience contribute to building some of the most beautiful pools in the world. Willie loves anything with a motor, and can be found riding dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and side-by-sides in his spare time.
